Christian Inspirational Manga

Serenity Backed by Industry Veterans

Barbour Publishing, a publisher of books related to the Christian religion, has announced the release of Serenity, an inspirational-christian manga.

Serenity is created by Realbuzz Studios, and illustrated by Min Kwon. Serenity volume 1 is out now and available through Diamond Distributors, at Barnes & Noble, Borders, Amazon and Christian book stores. A set of the first four volumes will be available at Walmart next year. A new volume of Serenity will be published every two months.

Serenity is Realbuzz Studios' first published work. Not all of Realbuzz's projects will be Christian publications, however the studio is focused on only producing value-based, inspirational projects. For the time being their efforts are concentrated on manga style graphic novels, the company's tagline is "Manga from Heaven," but they are not limiting themselves to that medium in the future.

Realbuzz Studios was founded by Marlon Schulman, former VP of Bandai Entertainment and North American animation industry veteran Buzz Dixon (IMDb profile).

Samurai Deeper Kyo has no black or white character. The hero or the center of the story is a man slaughter, a cold blooded warrior with terribly fearful reputation. Throughout the story, the character of Kyo had developed interestingly. Separated from his old time companion who shared the same strength and fear, Shiseiten, Kyo's character gradually developed from a cold hearted anti-social warrior to a social and caring person without him realised the change. He had found a new expressions he never encountered such as compassion and love within his new group. A bunch of people who consist of bounty hunter who had been helpful and caring, an adventurous young man who tried to run away from his dutiful heritage, a superior ninja, a spy who had fallen in love with him, and a ambitious warrior-politician. The relationship among them had developed into a higher level of understanding and unspeakable faith without them realizing that.
